When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, business name (if given), and whatever you write in the message field. If you book a Working Diagnosis, I'll also hold whatever details are needed to carry that out and invoice you — arranged directly with you, not published or shared.
Solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange any work you've asked for, and — if you've engaged my services — to deliver and invoice that work. Nothing is used for anything beyond that.
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics (no cookie banner required) to understand which pages are useful — aggregate visit data only, nothing that identifies you personally.
Enquiry and client data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or meet basic accounting/legal obligations, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email optimisedlead@gmail.com and I'll deal with it personally — there's no support team to route it through.
